Sprint A — Focus 2-3 weeks Analysis on a single lever (OEE or Layout) using your line’s real data. Quantification of the structural cost of the lever analysed and a defensible recommendation on that specific decision. You have a specific question: you want to know what your current layout is costing you, or where capacity is being lost and what it is worth recovering.
Sprint B — Full 4-5 weeks Full analysis with both levers separate and measurable. Quantification of the structural cost per lever, scenarios, break-even, downside and Decision Memo with a final defensible recommendation. You have a structural decision involving layout and OEE together, or you are not sure which lever is weighing most.
Every sprint includes a one-month licence to the ORVEN Engine configured on your project. You can modify parameters, test alternative scenarios and verify the robustness of the recommendation independently.
