Engine
ORVEN Engine does not simulate. It calculates on real data with separate levers.
A proprietary software that takes your line’s operational data (cycle times, OEE per machine, structural costs) and calculates the economic outcome of each alternative. Lever isolation is not a methodological choice: it is enforced by the software architecture.
Three modes. No cross-contamination possible.
The software operates in three distinct configurations. It is not possible to analyse layout and OEE in the same calculation without having separated them first.
OEE
OEE Analysis
Bottleneck, real capacity loss per machine, OEE aggregation across the line. Answers: “where is capacity being lost and what does it cost?”
Layout
Layout Analysis
Structural comparison of alternative configurations: fixed costs, unit variable cost, throughput time. Answers: “which configuration is economically dominant?”
Full
Full Analysis
Both levers, sequential and separable. The contribution of OEE and layout remain distinct and measurable in the final result.
The software in action — real screenshots
These are real screenshots of the ORVEN Engine on a production case. Not a demo, not a mockup: real operational data from a production line.
Real floor plan with logistics flows
The software imports the actual plant floor plan, positions logistics nodes and traces real material paths. The Distance Factor quantifies the efficiency of the current line layout vs alternatives.
Bottleneck analysis and loss Pareto
The software automatically identifies the bottleneck and quantifies losses by category (breakdowns, cleaning, setup, quality). The output shows where to act and in what order.
Throughput Time AS-IS vs TO-BE
The model calculates internal Throughput Time separating processing time from WIP buffer waiting. The reduction is structural: it depends only on the line layout, not the operator.
CFO-grade business case — final output
The final output is a business case with investment, payback, ROI and NPV in Defendable (Conservative) mode with risk factors applied. Ready for the CFO.
The 30 days of access included in the sprint are calibrated on the specific case and delivered ready to use. If you want to use the engine on a continuous basis across other projects, an annual licence with dedicated training is available.
