Sprint B — Full	4–5 weeks	Full analysis with both levers separated and measurable. Quantification of the structural cost for each lever, scenarios, break-even, downside and Decision Memo with final defensible recommendation.	You have a structural decision involving layout and OEE together, or you are not sure which lever is weighing more.

Included in every sprint: 30 days of access to the ORVEN Engine.
This is not a generic demo. The software arrives already configured with your real data and the model built during the sprint. You can modify the parameters, test alternative scenarios and independently answer those who ask “what if volumes change?” without having to start from scratch. If after 30 days you want to continue using the engine on other projects, an annual licence with dedicated training is available.
